William Kish Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technical Officer
The founder of Coyote Point Systems in 1999, Bill often prefers the title "Alpha Coyote" . He leads the architecture and development team and drives the company's global product strategy. Previously, Bill was president of Brown Cow Engineering. That firm developed a variety of software applications for UNIX systems — from internals to file systems, networking and Web servers. Before that, Bill created technology for IBM's Olympic Web server, which was also deployed for the Deep Blue vs. Kasparov chess competition and for IBM's video-server multimedia-distributed file system. Bill has an MS in Computer Science from Columbia University.

Michael Hayes President
Michael has been with Coyote Point Systems since its formation in July 1999, as an Interim CFO and adviser. In February of 2005 he was elected to the Board of Directors. and accepted the full-time position of President in July 2005. Prior to Coyote Point Systems, he was COO and CIO at Dynamic Hedge, a diversified hedge fund manager.
Michael brings 20 years of international financial experience to Coyote Point, from his career at Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley with assignments in London, Tokyo, New York and Chicago. He was a member of the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, London Futures Exchange, and adviser to the Dutch Futures Exchange.

Kathryn Marquez Director of Corporate Marketing / Partner Programs
Kat's marketing and communications talent is an important asset to Coyote Point. Her career began at Hewlett-Packard, where assignments spanned promotional work at the point of sale to managing customer service issues and technical training for HP employees. From there, Kat moved to Santa Clara's Worldtalk Corporation where she focused more on marketing and graphic design while managing seminars, conferences and other events throughout North America. At Allot Communications, Kat expanded her activities to an international forum and added multimedia and direct marketing campaigns to the mix, with particular emphasis on work with channel partners and distributors. She also managed public relations, international events and tradeshows. As Coyote Point's Director of Marketing, Kat is responsible for global print and online advertising, management of public relations, website design and development, worldwide events and channel marketing, sales/partner support, and creation of collateral material.

James Puchbauer Director of Product Marketing and Alliances
Jim has over 20 years experience in the computer, communications, networking and SaaS application delivery markets. He has specialized for the past 13 years in early stage companies and companies in high growth phases developing Sales and Marketing strategy; specializing in channel development.
Beyond corporate marketing, Jim brings extensive experience defining, building and maintaining new partner alliances and new channels of distribution. This includes recruiting, training and supporting channel partners, developing strategic partnerships, co-branding and OEM programs. He also brings strategic and tactical product marketing experience that includes launching products both internally and externally. This end to end responsibility for product development and launch activities includes the initial market requirements, product definition and positioning.
Other past experience includes senior Sales and Marketing positions with NCR Corporation, AltiGen Communications, FrontRange Solutions, McDonnell Douglas Network Systems Company (an early pioneer in data-networking). Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with emphasis in Business Management from the University of Oregon.

Mary Beth Reid Director of Finance
Nothing happens at Coyote Point without a nod from Mary Beth. As Director of Finance, she runs a proverbial tight ship, backed by 20 years of diversified business experience. Her career in high technology began at Nynex Computer Centers. Her curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit led to Coyote Point. Mary Beth's insight, attention to detail, mathematical skills and financial prowess ensure an even keel, something particularly valued in the dot-com world — not to mention her tenacity and uncanny flair for bringing people together to work toward a common goal.

John Schnyder Director of Operations
John's first role at Coyote Point was Special Projects Manager, which allowed him to work with all departments in bettering the overall organization. This included managing internal software development, improving business processes, technical writing, and many short-term projects for various departments. In 2007, he became the Director of Operations for Coyote Point. John has more than 15 years of experience with technology companies, including System Management Arts, Eastman Software, and Capgemini. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from New York University.
