NEW Partner Resource Center (PRC) Web Portal
Your online product and selling resource

Coyote Point's Marketing team has completely reworked our Partner web portal. The Partner Resource Center (PRC) has new content specifically designed for use by our Resellers' Sales Reps, Sales Engineers, marketing and management teams.
The PRC is loaded with marketing information, collateral, and product specifications as well as:
  • Lead Registration - Register on-line and protect your opportunities
  • Sales Tools - Access the updated competitive product comparison tool and new selling guides and sales tools
  • Self Paced Training - Review the new sales and technical self training

Accessing the PRC

For each of our authorized partners, we've designated a Master Account owner. If that's you, Coyote Point has created a master account for you and you've already received your account username and password.

Individual users who'd like to access the PRC can simply go to the PRC login page and click on "Create Sub Account". After filling in the on-line form your personal account will be automatically created. Just be sure you use your company email address. If you have questions, email partners@coyotepoint.com.

Authorized Reseller Lead Registration Program

Lead Registration protects your sales opportunities

All authorized resellers are eligible to participate in the Coyote Point 2009 Lead Registration program. By registering your opportunities you protect your business in the event that your customer calls Coyote Point looking for information. By registering your leads, you prevent the possibility of Coyote Point's assigning your customer to another reseller.

Lead Registration Increases your Profit

Tier-1 Resellers receive additional margin protection for registering unique leads. That is why we encourage all Authorized Resellers to register their leads to protect their opportunities. If you create and register an opportunity first, no other reseller can register the same lead and if you win the business, the extra margin is yours.

How to Register Your Leads

Lead Registration is as easy as 1...2...3...
  1. Login to the PRC and select Lead registration ICON on the front page or from the Sales Tab
  2. Fill out and submit lead registration form
  3. Smile knowing your lead can not be registered by anyone else!

E450GX keeps MoveOn.org up to speed

Coyote Point's January release of the GX Application Load Balancing platform was preceded by months of intensive testing, including an intensive "live" beta program. We were fortunate to have MoveOn.org join the beta program early, which gave Coyote's engineering the opportunity to observe and tune the E450GX during the traffic crush of the '08 election season.

The result? The deployment and testing was a rousing success as reported in Network World's recent article. Ann Bednarz reported that "Even when a personalized video campaign in support of Barack Obama went viral, sending more than 18 million viewers to MoveOn.org's infrastructure, the 450GX didn't miss a beat"

Patrick Kane, system architect for MoveOn.org agreed: "We compared Coyote against other vendors, such as F5 and Foundry, and found that there was no contest from a cost and performance standpoint. Coyote provides us with plenty of room to grow, and we can sleep better at night knowing that we have a worry-free solution."

Coyote Point is Official Acceleration/Load Balancing provider for InteropNet at Interop Las Vegas 2009

Once again, Coyote Point has been selected as the Official Application Acceleration/Load Balancing provider for InteropNet, the backbone network for Interop, the largest network technology show in the US.

Being selected as an InteropNet provider is a competitive, proposal driven process that brings together best of breed networking technology vendors for lightning deployment of a High Speed, Highly available network, NOC and datacenter.

Coyote Point Reseller Self Paced Training

Coyote Point recognizes that training our resellers is one of the most important elements for successful selling.

Self Study Training Modules

The training presentations in the Training tab of the PRC will help prepare you to present and sell Equalizer solutions. They are an excellent resource for helping sales representatives understand proper product positioning, current product capabilities, and product performance specifications.

In the Sales training Tab of the PRC you will find a Downloadable "How to Sell Equalizer" and "Equalizer Product Overview" presentation. Both have an accompanying flash presentation you can view to hear how a Coyote Point employee would present the information.

As a first step in providing self study technical training, we've developed a combination Flash demo to be viewed in conjunction with reading our White Paper titled 5 Easy Steps to Implementing Load Balancing. The Flash Demo shows you how to setup an Equalizer for the first time and configure it for a single network drop-in configuration like the one used as an example in the White Paper.

Live and Remote Live Training

Our Regional Sales Managers are your resource for live interactive training of your sales teams and can also arrange sales training sessions for you via remote WebEx presentations. Coyote Point's Regional Sales Managers can also set up technical training sessions through the Technical Sales Manager supporting your organization.
