Coyote Point has taken Application Delivery Control for virtualized servers
to the next level. Equalizer VLB™ & VLB Advanced™ offer intelligent,
bi-directional control of Application Delivery in VMware environments.
VLB Monitors, Manages and Accelerates VMware Servers
Equalizer VLB monitors vSphere to
determine virtual machine status. The Smart Control visual scripting
language, a core component of VLB Advanced, enables real-time policy
driven control of virtual machine instances. Combining Equalizer
expertise and awareness of application availability and server traffic
trends with VMware's ability to monitor virtual servers and
physical resource utilization creates a synergy delivering overall
higher application performance and availability.
With the addition of VLB and VLB Advanced, Coyote Point's
Application Delivery Controllers are able to guarantee the uptime of
applications delivered by virtual servers, and real servers

Support Statement:
Coyote Point Systems, Inc. confirms that we will support customers running
Equalizer VLB on supported Equalizers in a VMware virtual machine environment.
Coyote Point will provide unqualified support for Equalizer VLB load balancing
in VMware virtual environments. Should Coyote Point suspect that the virtualization
layer is the root cause of an incident; the customer will be required to contact
the appropriate VMware support provider to resolve the VMware issue.
While Coyote Point products are expected to function properly in a VMware virtual
environment, there may be performance implications which can modify Coyote Point Systems'
typical sizing and recommendations.
